Kanak Attack Club

KANAK ATTACK CLUB

Founded during the 2004 postseason road trips to Colorado and Wisconsin to perpetuate the Hawaiian culture and language. Began with Hawaii-raised players speaking heavy pidgin, it is open to any player who can pass a series of five tests: Hawaiian language, translation, sentence structure, vocabulary and Hawaiian geography.
Officers: Ryan Tsuji, president; Raeceen Woolford, vice president.

WATER WAHINE CLUB

As agile in the ocean as they are on the court, the members of the Water Wahine Club can handle a surfboard, a paddle or a snorkel. They will cut through rough water to come out on top of even the stormiest season.

MATH TEAM

This year’s Math Team is composed of some of the sharpest minds in the school. They can analyze a problem in seconds and figure out a strategy for solving it. Their numbers all add up to victory.

HARRY POTTER SOCIETY

They’ve read the books and they’re ready to cast a spell over all who come up against them. Watch them closely and you would swear you’ve seen them fly.

GARDENING CLUB

Inspired by the lush grounds of the University of Hawaii, the Gardening Club doesn’t mind getting dirty. These women will dig their way to a fruitful season.

BILLIARDS CLUB

With their eyes on their opponents, these women size up each match using their innate talents to direct the ball through their adversaries’ defenses.
