Getting Your Newspaper

The Honolulu Star- Bulletin Circulation Department is dedicated to making sure you get your morning newspaper. 

You can expect delivery of your newspaper:

• Monday – Friday by 6:30 a.m.
• Saturday, Sunday and holidays by 7 a.m.

If your paper is ever missed, wet, torn, or incomplete, please call our customer service center at (808) 529-4848.

Reports received by 8:30 a.m. will be dispatched to our field team for redelivery to your home or office.  You may also notify us by clicking here.  Beyond 8:30 a.m., we can arrange re-delivery the next day or credit your account for the day. 

Our Customer Service Center is open daily:

Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays 7:00 a.m. – 10 a.m.

GOING ON VACATION?

Don’t forget to place your paper on vacation while you’re away.  We have a few options:

• Vacation Stop – we will stop and re-start delivery on the dates you specify.  Your account will be credited for your time away.


• Vacation NIE – your delivery will stop and re-start as you request and your credit will be donated to help local schools in our Newspapers in Education program.


• Vacation Hold – we will hold your copies and deliver them upon your return. (14 day maximum hold)

A Better Way to Pay!

EZ-Pay allows you to automatically apply the subscription payment to your credit/ debit or checking account every month.  You choose either the 5th or 20th for the scheduled deduction.
