Kapolei, the fastest-growing city in the fastest-growing region in the state, is experiencing unparalleled residential construction growth, as well as commercial real estate growth, as it sets its sights on becoming Oahu’s next urban center.

During the past decade, investors have poured more than $1 billion into Kapolei. They have developed homes and opened more than 800 businesses, agencies and organizations which have created about 25,000 jobs in the Kapolei region alone. There are 19 projects in planning or construction in Kapolei: seven retail, six office, two restaurant, one bank and two residential plus a court complex.
